This mod makes the blood decals which appear on the ground/walls from the enemies when you hit them stay there permanently.
INSTALLATION:
Method 1:
Put the downloaded (and extracted from .rar) Engine.ini into C:\Users\*Your username*\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows and overwrite.
Method 2:
Go into C:\Users\*Your username*\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows and open Engine.ini
There, add this to the bottom:
[SystemSettings]
r.Decal.FadeDurationScale=0
And save.
If you want to be 100% sure, set Engine.ini to read-only.
If you don't want to have them permanent, just stay for a longer while, it works as a scale.
The default time is 1, which means 10 seconds.
r.Decal.FadeDurationScale=2 would be 20 seconds, r.Decal.FadeDurationScale=3 would be 30 seconds, etc.

Known issues:
The decals stay there for the whole duration of your gaming session (until you exit the whole game, or at least exit into the main menu) - which means that if you get killed and/or reload a save, the decals will still be where they were previously. Even if the enemies haven't been killed yet.
This is a known little side-effect and can't be currently fixed.
