So turns out level scaling still exists in addition to leveled quest rewards. I've added retroactive level scaling on these items and covered the DLC, but I've not got a lot of motivations to fix leveled spells or literally ALL THE REST OF THE GAME. I had, unfortunately, assumed they'd make an effort to rectify the one thing that was universally panned about the original. Have fun otherwise.
No, this mod isn't making your items weigh more or Finger of the Mountain cost forty gajillion magicka. Yes, that's what they're like in vanilla. No it doesn't make much sense. I haven't touched any of the stats of any of these things.
No, your thing is still leveled even if the damage is low. Your displayed damage in the game is based off your attributes and weapon skill, like they say they are.
Is there any way to tell if a level 1 character has this working? I do have Umbra and Frostwyrm Bow but since I am level 1 I cannot tell if it is working. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
To anyone who had this installed and found that it isn't working anymore after an update it looks like "UnleveledItemRewards.esp" was removed from the Plugins.txt file so try to adding it back.
In Items - LeveledItem there is a list labeled LL2SigilStones100. It is easy to find as it is the last list labeled with "LL". Inside of it there are levels at which youll start to see specific sigils. I set level 1 for transcendent and level 1000 for everything else to see only Transcendent sigils ever.
for some reason this mod and another one i tried don't seem to work when i get chillrend (it has the lowest lvl enchants) now i'm doubting if any mods are working at all. i added the mod files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data and then the exact name in the plugins text doc. anyone know what might be the problem? thx.

If there was a quest reward I wanted to use super endgame I'd probably use this or some upgrade mod.
What kind of insanity made anyone think unleveled item rewards was a good idea?
UPD nvm I figured how to do this
EDIT: s#*! fam my bad, when it updated the game it disabled all the mods.
Context, Shadowrend in my inventory is at;
lvl 20-24: Damage Health 20 pts Weakness to magic 15% for 30 secs, 6000/79=75
but Lvl 30+ is 30 Damage Health 30 pts Weakness to Magic 15% for 30 secs, 9000/117=76
