So after installing your preset and Reshade, my game now has terrible hitching/stutters. Any clue why? Even with Reshade disabled, its still occurring. I'm pretty savvy with this stuff and its surely not my first time installing Reshade, but this is a first where its effected my game so badly, just installing Reshade, regardless of using any presets. I've tweaked program and CPU settings, V-sync, etc, nothings working so far. Any ideas? (I then later installed the HUD toggle, still having the same issue, thats irrelevant though) (Also, I don't think its a problem with your preset, but rather Reshade or something to do on my end/PC)
Honestly it's strange, reshade just loads pre-installed selected shaders, if you uninstall it it simply doesn't work. Have you checked whether other games work correctly or is it just a Pacific Drive problem? However I recommend you try to do a clean install of the GPU drivers
Is possible you just change the fog (blue fog to white) and the light (yellow to white), please? I loved ur work but i do not liked the black-and-white visuals on others textures (trees, grass, buildings)...
GREAT Reshade! Usually I dont try to enhance via Reshade but this game needed it -- been rocking this for about 6+ hours and so far its way better than base game.. feels like everything is more "grounded in reality" and not so color-ly intense. Really works with this game!
You have to install reshade, go to the site, download and launch, select the game on which to install it,select directx, then select all the available effects and wait for the end of the installation. Once this is done, take the ini file and copy it into the folder Pacific Drive/ PenDriverPro/ Binaries/ Win64 ,to be clear, in the folder where reshade is installed, that is where the game launcher is located. Once opened the game will load the effects and tell you how to open the reshade menu, once opened there will be 2 directional arrows to select the presets, press to select mine. This reshade adds so more atmosphere to the game now, the darker tones, less washed-out look make it so much better, dont get me wrong the base game colours were nice compared to a lot of games, but this makes it better. would recommend, and easy to install to.
