Thanks! The mod works fine for me - even after changing the script to a weight limit of 100k.
For those who are having issues with this mod, try the following:
In UE4SS-settings.ini - Change GuiConsoleVisible to 1 - That'll give you a debug console for this.
Now in your debug console, you should be seeing something like this: Starting mods (from mods.txt load order)... [...] Starting Lua mod 'vuxWeightIncrease' If you don't see that, you probably did something wrong.
Same goes for if you're experiencing crashes. Enable that console, and you'll get way more info. That'll probably help determine whether the crash is actually caused by this mod, and whether the dev can do anything to solve it
Dear mod creator. I wanted to share some concise easy to follow instructions you can add to your mod's description to make it easier for users to understand how to install your mod. Here's a brief set of instructions for Xbox Game Pass.

This should provide a clear step-by-step guide for both Xbox Game Pass and Steam installations you can use in all your mods.
Hello my boyfriend and I are playing a co-op game and he is host, with this mod it works for him where nothing has weight but it will not work for me, I still have weight. We are playing on steam. We both have the mod installed but it has not worked for me. I do not think I installed it incorrectly since I installed it on both PCs mine first then his. Is there a fix for this or is it only the host it works for on co-op?
Small server with friends and we loved the mod in past and re-added getting back into game. Everyone has the mod added, but some keep seeing their weight fluctuate going from 1k down to 300 then back after a change or 2. We are questioning on adding the "Remove item Weight" instead of change in capacity, but wondering if still everyone needs this and is there has been any bugs reported.
Edit: Did not know about the new Server Setting added with Feybreak update and I will apologize to Vuxacha as this update likely makes this mod null-void at moment if no further bugs. I new setting was added to the game which I found had to be added to dedicated server "PalWorldSettings.ini".. Adding the line "ItemWeightRate=0" makes everything weigh nothing, but also something like .01 instead of 0 makes 3k stone only way about 1k in weight compared to the 7-8k
Sorry for the late reply got busy yesterday due to OT at work.
Pal/Saved/Configs directory of the Palworld Dedicated Server installation. It will be called PalWorldSettings.ini it's the same location as you would change things like Exp gain / Drop Rate / ect.. I added it at the end of the list with 0 to make everything weigh nothing. I am running on a server host (hosthavoc) which has config Editor and Text Editor.. With Config Editor it does not appear I've sent up suggestion to get it added. I had to go into Text Editor and add it to the end of my list using a comma to separate from the last option. If I go back and use Config editor I have to readd to text editor as it over-writes and deletes my add earlier.
Note if your playing just the game just click Change World Setting and Custom Setting it should be on your list. https://prnt.sc/pHNxzp1G-kYA - Screenshot on where it should be toward the bottom
Friend installed this for our new dedicated server and it's acting very strangely. New weight is there for awhile but then reverts back to vanilla weight until you either place a new point in weight or get lucky with switching armor/putting pals in and out of your team. No idea why this is happening. Hope someone has some ideas

edit: Looks like I dropped it in at the wrong spot, I added it at the very end and it appears to be working!
