Presets pertain to sharpening, other than that nothing is different between them. Select the preset based on how much sharpening you want, if its too high go down if its too low go higher
Lower = less sharpening, higher = more sharpening

Baddtraxx 100% agree. Mods should be free. Modders make money through other means. If we go down this road, it's a slippery slope. Modding culture didn't grow out of making money. Modding is for the love of the game.
That's how it used to be. People did this kind of stuff for free for well over a decade. Most modders now are just greedy and want to make money off off of someone else's game. Especially for a mod like this it's insane since it takes all of 5 minutes.
You're missing the point. Mod makers shouldn't "sell" their mods because it's not their game. It encourages Game developers to be lazy (and then make "mods" to fix/improve their laziness). They are not required to make it work in any way. And sticking on a $ to mods for games that already cost for mods that may or might not work is just a dickish move and encourages an environment to scam people out of their money.
I've paid mod Authors for their work dozens of times over the years. Usually when I particularly love a mod or it is lewd enough in the right way (I like nude mods + lewd armors that show front and back but keep some of the armor, not just full nude armors) I've "bought" them the price of a game ($40-$60). The point is, I decide when a mod is worth my money.
Honestly, I'm willing to pay a small amount once for the FSR3 framegen mod but because it's on Patreon I will have to pay 5 dollars every month to receive updates... That's just too much. I'm just gonna stick with 30fps then.

Passing a needle through beads, the value of precious metals, free museums, and the development of a company's products and services. It also mentions sunglasses and water showers. However, the text is mostly a jumbled mix of text.
Any source code available in case I had a stroke and somehow decoded/encoded in the wrong way resulting in aforementioned text?
Don't really see how this will have any impact on the game other than simply being an extra file to consider...
Appreciate the sentiment though, unlucky they used that version of UE5 which isnt compatible with the FSR3 plugin from dev downloads :(
