Exactly what it says on the tin, makes oil and plasteel production a little bit easier. Not like, wildly faster, but it should reduce the amount of time you spend tapping your foot impatiently. Incompatible with any other recipe mod, sorry. You will probably need to replace your oil extractors for this change to take effect. I don't really know why...I know why it won't affect the oil they're currently working on but...whatever. Destroy and replace!
