also another question how does this work with the new pal research lab skill that decreases the oil production time does that also have an effect with this mod?
The incompatibility is because both mods touch the "master recipe table" in the game files, and only one mod can touch it For technical reasons, you can have a little of both, try adding a Z in front of the filename of the Double Ammo & Spheres mod (eg. if it's called DoubleAmmoSphereCrafting_P.pak, change it to Z_DoubleAmmoSphereCrafting_P.pak), to make it load after mine. The oil extractors will keep working at modded speed, and you'll have your double sphere crafting. Your ingots will take "vanilla" time to smelt.
I don't know if it works with the oil production research, i haven't gotten that far in my new playthrough. I think it will, but that's just a hunch
Head's up, Primarinabee. This mod now breaks the game by making a lot of new items in the game unatainable. Could you fix it please? I'll be needing a lot of oil...

The Palworld Modding Kit, set up properly, can package for IoStore (Gamepass). You should look on the wiki or discord for more info, as I'm not really an expert and it'd take a whole page to explain how to set it up
I can confirm. Placing this onto the Dedicated Server only (Steam version) worked perfectly. No one joining that server needs to have this loaded, so it is a great server-side mod.
I also confirmed, via timer, that the oil pumpers do need to be destroyed and rebuilt for them to take this change. And the updated time is just under 40 seconds per after this mod. Honestly the game developers should just tune to this number. Thank you!
Hey no problem! I feel like this game does have a scaling problem where it becomes too exponential at the end, and this is an area where I can reasonably improve it.

i assume this mod doesnt work with double Ammo&Spheres
if i remove that mod and add Plasteel Plus....
and then replace all extractors
am i able to remove the Plasteel mod to add the double Ammo&Spheres mod back and will the mod effect be still in place even tho i removed it?
