This mod was created for Offline mode but as the vast majority of this type of mods also usually work fine if installed on the Server and Users in online mode, I cannot offer solutions for the hundreds of different types of Servers that exist because I am not a programmer or Server Administrator. 100 Percent Pal Capture Rates was created for version 0.5.4 and works fine, it also works for v0.5.2 and v0.5.3. Older mods only work for versions 0.4.13~0.4.15 and it is not possible to redo them with the current modding tools at the moment.

All my mods work perfectly fine with the vanilla version of the game offline. Remember to always read the instructions of the mods to understand how they work and how to install them, do not forget to extract the .pak mods from their compressed .rar, .zip, .7z file, do not forget to write the tilde ~ of the official UE ~mods folder. If you use mods from other authors you may have incompatibilities between PAK mods because they may be overwriting the same UASSET files. If you use the real-time LUA code injector UE4SS you may have problems using mods created in PAK if it is not configured correctly or if the LUA code overwrites the same UASSET files.
Whenever you have any of these problems it is highly recommended that you test the mod alone without any other mod or UE4SS active to check that it works fine and that the error is generated by incompatibility.
I cant seem to get this to work. I've tried the 2 option files separate and the main file alone. The work efficacy one seems to work fine and puts all skills at 4 but the 100% capture rate isn't working at all. Most low lvl pals show a 67% chance but must the time they still break out. High lvl pals simply swat the sphere away
This is just a offline single player game for myself. The mods im using are just in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods. and im not using any kind of mod manager
I can't help you, all the steps you describe are correct and if you don't use any injector like UE4SS or other mods, the mod should work fine for you without conflicts in version 0.4.14 like all users.
OK, so I found the issue. I deleted all mods and put one in at a time a flierspeed mod broke the capture rate. It seemed to only effect that one mod. Everything is working correctly now. Thanks
When I enable both of the 100 Capture and Infinite Pals Stamina Mods, the 100 Capture is not workable, after remove Infinite Pals Stamina, the 100 Capture is workable fine
Si eliminas el mod de los archivos del juego todo vuelve a ser vanilla, esto se aplica a todos los mods que modifiquen las mecánicas de un juego en UE, busca bien por que seguramente tengas el mod instalado todavía.
Si eso es cierto y el mod ya no existe en ninguna carpeta del juego cuando vuelvas ha abrir el juego solo cargara los archivos vanilla de la carpeta paks y todo sera vanilla, es así de fácil.

I have it in my friends world without them having it and it works fine in singleplayer. Everything works on multiplayer like the work suitability being 4 and showing 100% catch rate but that is just visual
The problem with the servers is not a mod thing, if you want to use the mod all together you have to have the mod installed on the server and sometimes also in the user, so you say the mod you have installed as a user works online but as on the server does not work or is not installed although you see a rate of 100% the server tells you that no way and corrects the rate without you see it.
