this works great for 0.5.0 , had it unlock everything ones and then another save per level and so far i cant find a problem.

i don't understand. i decided to start a new world, but wanted to unlock japanese buildings. so i'm pretty sure i followed the instructions, but nothing is unlocked. the tech tree just looks as always.
