I think it is not working correctly with Boss respawner mod, once i installed dungeons stop looting techniques at all, i tried a lot and did not get any
Just wondering, has the latest Palworld update effected the drop rates of technique books from dungeons using the mod? I've done 30+ dungeons around the map now and haven't gotten a book. I have gotten books from supply drops using the mod.
hey, question: is it possible to get the schematics from breeding pals as well? so if I e.g. breedn Menastings and butcher them, will I still be able to get the semi automatic rifle legendary recipe?
Is there a chance that you would be willing to add souls to the loot tables for pals or increase the amount you get from the disassembly conveyor or maybe increase the amount given from the souls found on the ground? The mod is fantastic and has everything I want except pal souls and it's difficult to add another mod that does this due to conflicts. Keep up the good work! (Also, mainly the disassembly conveyor one would be perfectly fine because it keeps the balance just make its worth your effort to grind for souls and may be a bit easier to implement since it already exists in code.)
Hey, first off I want to say thank you so much for creating this mod, it's absolutely what I've been looking for and was tempted to get into modding just to create this myself. I run a server with some friends(about 20 of us now) and the drop rates have gotten to many of us.
While the 10% drop rate for the books is rather nice I was wondering if I could request a slightly higher version, around 20%. I ran through all of the dungeons in the desert and only managed to collect one book and I felt that 10% was a smidge low. Thank you either way and please have a fantastic day.
I run a self hosted server since my rig is pretty beefy but I also have a spare rig I was planning on hooking up and using for custom server related things but I don't have a lan connection for that area so it's been on the back burner for a while.
Could you make a version with all Schematics available from Alphas, or alternatively a version that increases Oil-Rig large chest legendary Schematic drop rate to 20%? It just feels bad to slog through broken pathing and bullet sponge enemies for the lackluster loot I usually receive from Oil-Rig.
Any chance you could make a version with increased odds for Technique Books or point out which section of the DT_ItemLotteryDataTable you changed? Unsure if I'm just unlucky or something is off but I've only managed to get three books from doing like 40+ dungeons. At a 19% chance to get 1 book per dungeon, the odds dont really add up
The DT_FieldLotteryNameDataTable file holds the chance for the 'book slot' to be rolled. When you look at tables for Grass02, Forest02, etc., depending on which version you open, you'll see a slot thats value is either 0.1 (unmodded) or 3/5/10 (this mod), that is the one you'll want to change.
Unless you're counting Feybreak or Sakurajima dungeons in that figure, then that's classic cruel RNG. This new mod (Craft Work Suitability Books) that released yesterday might be what you're looking for if the streak continues - it should be compatible with this one.

Jumplooks like it still works. Chillet drops cloth. Unsure if this affects technique books however
or is it JUST drops from the daily boss?

If you don't mind me asking, what provider do you use for your server of 20, or is it self-hosted?
