It does work and I decided to have the "they attack everything" , I, for a moment, thought the captured Pals would go ham against everything, even themselves, maybe that last would be for a chaos mode, as Im not sure how good or bad would be for your own pals to randomly target you, your other pals in base or see themselves as a target.
That last point aside, the turf wars begin as I just sneak capturing some pals that won their last fight, or have to deal with a group that I didn't notice, but my pal luckily did so I end up on a bad spot BUT it adds to the fun of overcoming odds on an unexpected fight.
This mod doesn't work for me, or maybe I'm doing it wrong? I downloaded the passive version and everything still runs away or attacks me, is there another mod that interferes with it? Thank you for making this! The Gantz79 version was making my game crash every time I tried to open the map XD
Hey, I just came up with an idea for an addition to this set of mods. You know how irritating it can be to catch a Lifmunk due to it running away all the time? Imagine if all the pals were like that. :P
Why not add a 'coward version' of this mod? If my prediction is correct, players would have a hard time catching pals, especially fast-moving ones. In some cases, the player might need to utilize traps and other tools and techniques to outsmart and catch the really elusive ones.
I mean maybe....But None of the normal pals would EVER fight you, That would be insanely boring to me. But i'm sure there will be some people who would want to try the "tag your it" palworld challenge
I'm sorry to tell you that you have a big mouth, I have been myself who has kindly asked him to resurrect this mod because I don't have time to do it and many users were asking me to do it.
For your information, the rules of the DPs have been changed and the unique downloads will be of no use to you, so this accusation does not make any sense.
Donation Points - How they work
The system no longer works off of Unique Downloads (UDL) over all time but instead on interactions that occur over a month.
The system has a diminishing returns aspect to it. After a certain number of interactions[(I think they are between 4~6)] from the same user across all your mods, the value of these interactions drops drastically. It can and does drop to 0.
We reward authors for posting a variety of content that appeals to lots of different users. Consider diversifying the type of mods you make, or branching out into modding a different game that interests you.
I am now creating and updating for DBSZ and the 57 updates I have done for PALWORLD have been completely unselfish and with the users in mind because I don't play this game anymore.
No mod author has any obligation to you unless you paid for a commission and both signed a contract.
No mod author has to "hurry up" and create or update any mods they have created unless they want to.
Mod authors have their own lives and anyone who lives in the real world knows that life is unexpected, irrational, stupid, fun, insane and just downright terrible sometimes so you have no idea what is happening behind the scenes for these people.
Even if a mod author was doing it for money (which I am not saying Gantz is doing that), then SO WHAT? If someone has made hundreds of mods in their time for one or multiple games, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a patreon or a donation or something. Making mods takes time.
If you are so desperate for a mod, you can join the palworld modding discord and learn to do it yourself. Who knows, you might learn about how annoying they can be to make, how much time they can take to create or maybe discover you are a prodigy and get it done faster than anyone else.
And yet you don't update the mods because that would cut into your unique downloads, and thus losing you money. Don't try to lie about it, everyone knows it.
You have an unhealthy obsession with the unique downloads, they serve absolutely no purpose, for more than half a year they have no value, get over it once and for all and get on with your life. Now the best way to make money as you imply is to leave only 4 or 5 mods to download, update as I have done 57 mods is wasting my life time on something I do not use, I guess for you the best way is to stop updating and not delete the pages to allow other creators to update them for fear of being reported, that's what you would do, that if that is a good practice according to your criteria.
Thank you Azzatheawesome for explaining something to this user with so much eloquence and common sense, but I think you wasted your time watching his answer.
Who knows, hopefully my words will reach them in some way. I don't write things to be aggressive or anything to anyone. More just to try to show people the way of the world.
Keep doing what makes you happy Gantz. There are many who appreciate it.
And many who would like him to update his mods, and yet doesn't, because he doesn't want to lose his UD from them. He's said it himself on a few of his mods when people ask about it. All he used to do was remake the same exact mod to farm more points, and again, everyone knew that.
I understand you perfectly Azzatheawesome I don't like to be aggressive either, but after so many users that don't understand the work and effort needed to maintain something that you don't use and that are demanding updates and new versions as if we were their slaves I end up turning on and I take all my arrogance for a walk. I will continue my way and if for lack of time or desire I no longer maintain my mods I will remove them and give them to other authors with much more energy than me, as Chazzvc that seems right now unstoppable with its good mods.
By the way I am in favor of sharing the benefits with the authors of the publicity generated by their mods, but I am not in favor of an algorithm that reduces them to 0 if many mods are shared with the same group of users. GREETINGS AND THANKS
I see, if you wish to no longer maintain a mod for Palworld may I suggest passing them to another mod developer who might take up the task before deleting the mod I suppose for the players who just got into modding the game. It is all up to you if you wish to do it. Still thanks again Gantz ^^
I would love to give some mods to other authors but the pages are non-transferable, so delete them for another author to resurrect it I think is the best way to proceed, I myself resurrected this mod in its day when its author deleted it to not have to update it constantly, so in fact this mod has already gone through 3 different authors hehehe....
So glad this mod is back, now I can return to playing my "Uprising of the Flambelles" world hahaha
Thanks Chazzvc and Gantz79 for the update o7
Also for the alpha pals that cannot be passive to the player. I remember when I used to keep dungeon catching Flambelle alphas in the desert dungeon they do not attack me right away, they just stare at me then run away til I hit them. May I suggest a solution to make them behave like these? Hope it helps and thanks again for the update ^^
Hey, can you also create a version where pals will attack both the player and each other, too? One of my favorite things about the old mod that Gantz made was watching pals battle each other. Maxing the Pal Appearance world setting led to some epic battle stuff (although it slowed my PC a bit).

**EDIT:** Also I don't make mods.
Don't try to lie about it, everyone knows it.

But keep living in your delusions, I guess! :D

Flambelle Faybreak Update and Flambelle Pre-Faybreak and Sakurajima
If you do that, I will be crazy grateful.
Been sneaking around the edge of the islands, watching critters crash into each other and I even got pummeled by a swarm of cattivas.
