Change Log: 0.4.14.1 : Fixed file structure of Gamepass archives that caused files to be merged in the wrong location. If you are a Gamepass user that believes you had installation problems, install with this new version. 0.4.14 : Fixed an issue causing Cremis and Lamball to drop electric organs (Applies only to Main File and Reduced Rates file).
0.4.12 : Fixed an issue preventing 2* Cremis and Lamball from dropping any wool. Added 'Reduced Rates', 'Vixy Only', 'Vixy Only + Reduced' optional versions of the mod. Uploaded all files as .zip, to hopefully simplify the installation process for users using different archiving programs.
0.4.11 : Updated to be compatible with Palworld 0.4.11. Updated Melpaca drop table to include the electric organ by popular demand.
I created a Discord for my mods, I'd be happy to assist you there. You can discuss, report bugs, suggest changes or new mods for me to create, and more.
If you'd like to help support my efforts, feel free to become a patron or you could donate directly through paypal. I don't currently have a lot of rewards to offer, but it will help me caffeinate myself while I expand ranching further in the Palapagos Islands. I'd really appreciate it! :)
Here's a screenshot. But worthy of note, this is a Dumud I caught before I installed the mod. I've caught a couple since then, and they can be assigned to ranches with no problem.
It's possible the mod just needs to be repacked, but I don't see anything in the patch notes (unless its a ninja edit type of thing) that would cause the incompatibility. Farming was added for Dumud in v0.2.0.6, I imagine they had the foresight to make the previously caught Dumuds suitabilities changed as it is per-pal, but it is possible something happened to prevent it. Do you know if it was before that update that you caught the Dumud?
How did you get the mod to work? it doesnt work for me. The only mods I have is, noFoodDecay, pal analyzer, map unlocker and better night lights. I asked on their reddit but 0 response
@Kauske Not happening to me, probably a mod conflict of some sort. What mods do you have? Maybe one of them is conflicting and not explaining the datatable they are changing in description.
@HSilver First of all, just saying it doesn't work is useless to me and will often be considered last priority to respond to questions like that. Try to provide more details than that. Second of all, it had not even been 24 hours from your discord message before posting this implying I'm choosing not to help you which I don't really appreciate.
That's because it modifies the same file this one uses, which I do warn the users about in the description but that mod does not do. I'd report it to them, its standard procedure for pak mod authors to explain which files they're modifying in the description.
For the latest version of Palworld (0.4.14, 01/31/2025), this mod don't allow to claim rewards from Pal Expedition Station, and you can't preview the rewards before starting an expedition in the tab. Might be a specific bug with the latest update of Palworld, only uninstalling the Mod worked for me to be able to retrieve/preview the rewards again (even the button to retrieve everything didn't work). On the other hand, the Mod works very well as expected, and that's the only conflict I've encountered so far with the latest version of the Mod.
I'm sorry but I don't know. I am only guessing off of what redditors who have claimed it's a fault of my mod said. Numerous testers have informed me that expeditions work absolutely fine with them with the updates. Probably something going on with another mod, since this mod inherently doesn't do anything that would affect expeditions.
I use this mod and only had the issue with expeditions happen once when messing with trying to add more. Otherwise the mod works just fine from what I'm experiencing.
Out of curiosity, will this mod be getting an update to PalSchema for better compatibility with other mods? Love this mod, and only recently realized it conflicts with another mod that friends wanted added to our server. Thank you for your hard work.
Yes, but not now as it is experimental and I don't want to open the floodgates on that one just yet. Other mod developers utilizing the datatable can switch to PalSchema if they wish and as long as we're not modifying the same data, they'll be compatible.
i'm also noticing some kind of conflict, because in my game theyre still just dropping vanilla pool items when in the ranch, what mods are conflicting, do you know?
Nearly Every Chest Drop Buffed is the main one that people seem to install and then have conflicts with. Just gotta check which files get edited (most mod authors put it in the description) and if they list the same thing then they conflict.
Anything editing DT_ItemLotteryDataTable will be soft incompatible to be specific. Only the changes from one of the mods will be present in the game. If you get any Pak mod, always check the description as this information should be provided. If it's not, it is either a LogicMod which is different, or the mod author is unaware of compatibility problems and should be informed to update their descriptions.
This may sound silly, but what do you mean with 0* 1* etc.?
Also, I've been trying and trying but I cannot get my melpacas to drop electric organs. I haven't found anything yet that can help with that issue. Do you know what might fix it?

The only mods I'm using are this one, Better Nlight Lights, and BaseCampItemStacker.

Love the mod, by the way!
