If you are having FPS issues with 0.9.3, please switch back to 0.9.2.4 until the issue is resolved.
4/11/24 If you have not done so already, please update the mod as it fixes an issue where the Ore Mining Site did not have any assignable Pals. I have also added a couple new QoL features.
There was a lot of refactoring of code with this update to make things more robust (no visible changes), this however could lead to bugs as there are a lot of moving parts and I might have missed something while testing. Please report any bugs that might appear.
I am going to focus my efforts on server support and controller support for now as I don't have any immediate features I want to implement (there's stuff on a the backburner, but it can wait) and I know these are highly requested. This is a difficult process and will take a while, but I'll try to post updates when I can about the progress. Thank you all for being patient.
New Features - Added option to hide the Show Tasks button - An icon will now appear next to Pals that are working - Hovering over a working Pal will show where they are working, along with the work progress if applicable (there may be some bugs with this, if the info seems wrong try re-hovering the Pal) - Pals should now more reliably get assigned to tasks (this uses a different method and might lead to bugs, I have done some testing and have not run into any issues, but please report any bugs related to this if they appear) - When selecting a workstation, Pals will now always appear in the same order. Before it was random due to the way I was grabbing base Pals, now the order is determined by when they appear in the Pal Box bottom section. This is not a very impactful change, I was just annoyed by it and thought having some continuity would be nice.
Bug Fixes - Ore Mining Site (1 and 2) will now properly have assignable Pals - Fixed Bellanoir not having an Icon - Human icons will now appear correctly - Currently Assigned Pals will now update automatically when pals start work by themselves - Derived workstations and their work suitability from game data (this means that content updates should not break the mod, before this was done manually) - When the mod settings menu is open, if another settings button is clicked the mod settings will close. However, if another settings button has already been clicked and the mod settings button is clicked, the mod settings will still overlap.

My base is south-west of Small Settlement (iron place) the set is like this: Pal middle make some space upstairs to the cliff for housing East side of cliff to south: Breeding-space-Crusher-space-Mill, west of Mill can build 2 more Mill, then there is the cooler box I was at the middle, beside the cliff north-straight to palbox.
This is what i found: I think the list-refreshing is too much, i was asigning to cooler the pal goes to breeding instead. And maybe when I click coolerbox it was changed to breeding without me noticing. But sometimes the refreshing list can be seen, like a small flash or hover mouse effect or appear/dissapear list. All of that happening when i am not even moving from my initial place. (sometimes i just panning the mouse to see around)
2nd, Sometimes it happen. Assign to ore is not there, but when i assign to something, it got notif Pal assign to ore. 3rd, If many building is near, mostly fail. (example, electric heater that are surrounded by incubator, any production too, such as my Mill up there that are surrounded by Crusher, Mill, Mining, Loggin, Cooler)
I think it might be my fault because my base is messy, but that is why i try this mod, LOL. But at least this Mod help a little.
Is there a way to assign transport pals to a work station? Becouse for me they only pick up things from the closest station which in my case is the quarry. Also after a break the pals go to random station again, which makes it pretty much useless to even assign them.
got significant performance issue with 0.9.3, and weirdly the FPS drop down only when the assign pal menu is closed or on select structure view, when I click on one structure and enter the select pal page the FPS is back to normal
issue drop FPS I just installed the latest version of mods updated: Apr 12, 2024, 6:24AM and it made my game drop FPS continuously, everything returned to normal after I removed the mods. my pal version v0.2.1.0(F5A5...)
I also encountered the same FPS issue, which occurred when I entered the base using version 0.9.3 and was restored after switching back to version 0.9.2.4.

It didn't work at first but after I changed the settings of my world it worked.
