We've all been there, it's suddenly raining cats and dogs, and now you can only move at a slow walk. Time to stand there and do nothing for a few minutes!
This mod prevents the movement, stealth, and visibility effects of inclement weather from triggering. The visual effects of the rain and snow will still be there, and lightning will still strike in heavy rainstorms. It's an extremely minimal blueprint change, and should be broadly compatible.
