Allows armies to use teleport on global map

Player's armies can now use teleport spell on global map to teleport to any fort with teleportation circle.
Army must be in fort with teleportation circel to use spell.
Spell has a global cooldown and shared between player and all armies.
Installation
This mod requires Unity Mod Manager.
Install this mod with Unity Mod Manager app or extract ArmyTeleport folder from downloaded zip file into the Mods folder in game install dir (create the folder if not exists).
