      I know its 2 years later, but you have to download the radial mouse menu from mod workshop and place it in the mods folder. In settings, Mod key binds, then input for the wheel!

   does it make sure that you cant equip attachments you don't have unlocked?

      Install in /mods or use vortex or use google
