For anyone struggling to get this to work, what worked for me, and what seemingly the creator couldn't grasp the idea of, was that the mod in question is within the folder you download, seemingly due to this, the BLT mod loader doesn't read deeper to find the mod. So if you click on the folder after you download the zip file, click into it just down to the folder named "InstaWin" not InstaWin - whatever those numbers are after. Put that into your usual place in your mod folders and it worked for me. You'll still have to bind a key to it for it to work, but "mod keybinds" should now appear. Best of luck friends.
this one, despite being a cheat mod, can be useful for multi-day heists (like, for situations where your game decides to crash on day 2/3, and you don't want to redo the whole thing again.)
So for the people who are having and will have problems finding how to get this working. Begin any of the missions on the difficulty you want and then once you are loaded into the game and in casing mode the (PAUSE / OPTIONS / MOD KEYBINDS / Select InstaWin and click the button you want to keybind)
