Nevermind I figured it out. The instructions are a little vague. You have to replace the file "globalgamemanagers" inside the romfs of the luminescent mod with the file with the same name from this mod.
I figured it out: Delete the globalgamemanagers file inside of the Luminescent mod folder itself. then drag the "Speedup" folder into the normal BDSP mod folder. So in the mod folder it should be luminescent folder and speedup folder. So out of both of those mod folders, the only globalgamemanagers will be in the Speedup folder, not in the Luminescent folder. then start the game normally, your character should be running fast but the music and stuff wont change.
Hello, Is it possible to add a static fps mod at 30 and 60fps please? So if I unlock the fps, the speed will be *2 or 3 and we will have a fast forward option?
first time downloading this mod. works really well. only things that seem odd but have likely been an issue from the the jump are as follows: battles don't seem to be speed up(might be wrong about that) and there are glitches when interacting with people or walking in/out of rooms. Awesome work!!

Edit - Had to uninstall the entire Luminescent mod and then reinstall with updated "globalgamemanagers" file
Just let Luminescents globalgamemanagers be overwritten by Speedups.
The NPCs move at double speed when the game runs at 60fps even with this mod.
2x is way to fast haha
