   My red and green stats are blocked at 9, when I wanted to upload they were blocked. How can I remove the blockage? :(

   This is a great mod, but what do we do if the skills cap? one of my saves just has the skill cap at 9 but the agility skill is still able to be icnreased.
   
   nvm: It's just me not reading the perks correctly. It's been a while since I played so I completely forgot about "Slave of the wind"

   Hi how can i go about modifying the file myself ?
   I would like to increase the reduction of the stats so i was wondering which tool did you use ?

      i did use the tool dnSpy (just drag and drop the Assembly-CSharp.dll) to modify some methods and recompile it. There are multiple vids on youtube.
