Version 0.03
Create a backup of the Definitions file in the pb-pullman-lw-wood-19xx folder at the following location:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Railroader\Railroader_Data\StreamingAssets\AssetPacks\pb-pullman-lw-wood-19xx
Do the same for the pb-pullman-heavyweight-early file if you wish to install the observation doodlebug and hi capcity observation car.
