Converted my Metro SWAT textures over to work with the Armed SWAT mod.

These skins are an alternate version of LSPD basically making the Police department into a Metro Police Department. Metropolitan Police
Department has jurisdiction all over the city rather than just split up
into different zones for different departments.
Features
- The camo MCB (Multicam Black)
- Custom-made Metro SWAT patch
- Police tags on all sides
- There's a Spartan patch somewhere
