    Hello and welcome to my newest mod. Compatible with every other mod, probably. Unless it messes with unauthorized force/bonuses/penalties etc.
    Edit: incompatible with "SWAT and Suspects AI Overhaul", specifically the All in one bundle or "No unauthorize mod". (Works fine with the "SWAT AI Overhaul (Standalone)" or any pure AI mods.)

    Thanks to Fig for the idea, they had a similar mod in early access.

    See the description tab for a list of what this mod does, but in short, it let's you hunt those terrorists on Club, Hospital and College without mercy (no point loss for kills). Also applies to all the other maps. I won't tell if you don't.

    All versions/variants are incompatible with each other, except Wanted: Dead or Alive. Meaning you choose one variant and optionally add "Wanted: Dead or Alive" if you like.

    Warning: Blatantly executing surrendered or arrested suspects will technically not give you a penalty, but it might give you a bullet to the head if you are playing singleplayer. SWAT frowns on that kind of behavior, you are police after all - not Judge Dredd.

    While the main versions disable point gain for zipping up weapons, they do not disable your ability to zip them up. What this means is that you no longer need to find every weapon for the map to autocomplete, and the game will simply subtract the weapon points from the maximum point value. It will be like the weapons never gave you any points at all, and you can attain S rank without zipping a single one.

    Main Versions:

    • No Mercy for Terrorists  - Removes all penalties for shooting suspects, as well as points from zipping weapons. See paragraph above.
    • Justified variant added with a more realistic twist for police. Preserves ROE, but doesn't penalize you for suicide by cop. Unauthorized force penalties still apply if you execute those who surrender or are unaware. No need to sweep weapons for points here either.
    • No Maid Service - this version only disables points from evidence collection (weapons), but you can still collect them. Does nothing for ROE.

    Special Variants of the main versions:

    • Maid variant - this variant is the same as the main file, with points from evidence collection re-enabled.
    • Points Rebalance - Custom or Vanilla point gain for report/arrest, need all suspects alive for S.

    Optional Addon
    (also works standalone)

    • WANTED: Dead or Alive optional addon for changing the mission objectives to arrest High Value Targets (HVTs). You no longer need them alive if you add these files. One per map, you can use the ones you want. This is the only file compatible with all others.
    • Note: known issue where you lose the points for neutralizing them if they bleed out or are shot AFTER you already reported them. To avoid, wait a few seconds before you arrest/report them if they are bleeding.
    Glossary
    HVT - High Value Target (named suspect with their own 500 point primary objective)
    ROE - Rules of Engagement (use of lethal/nonlethal force)

    My other mods:
    Collection of nice and working stuff here: No Crack, No Mercy.
    No Crack for AI: if you want an AI mod to adjust the AI, change difficulties or just add more suspects.
    No Stress for SWAT. Softens up the stress relief per turn and adds more therapy slots in Commander mode.
    No Suppression for SWAT - Removes suppression blur and camera shake for player.

    Known issues with the base game (not the mod)

    Currently there is a bug (with the GAME, not the mod) where suspects may drop invisible weapons when apprehended. These weapons can still be picked up by SWAT AI teammates, but players will not be able to see them. I've heard this bug mostly applies to knives, so maps like Meth/Dorms will be most affected.

    This may cause sad times if you are using one of the maid variants.
    Until this is fixed, don't use the maid variants in Coop if you care about score/autocomplete mission.

    Please stop asking me for a mod to kill civilians without consequences. You might consider therapy instead ;)
    It would break the 500 point main objective "secure all civilians" and fail the mission anyway.

    Big ask I know, but could there be a possibility of a way to have a version that applies to certain levels only? I want to smoke school shooters and suicide bombers on sight, but I kind of feel bad not following rules of engagement against war veterans or security dudes that don't really know what's going on.

      The short answer: not really possible right now, at least not without modifying every mission and probably breaking the game.

    Hey there! Thank you for this amazing mod, it truly makes things more realistic in my eyes. Although I like the non lethal aspect of the game it kinda cuts down the variety in weapons and tools you can use for getting S Rank. I do have a question tho: Do I still recieve all the cosmetics if I S rank the mission or does it not count. Because I've viewed the pictures you pinned and saw: "Mod detected: Unofficial score". Thank you for this mod again but I just wanted to inform myself before installing.

      As far as I know that text is the only thing it affects. It has no practical downside other than affecting your bragging rights if you wanted to screenshot the score screen. 

      I've unlocked every single cosmetic and achievement just fine.

    Excellent and essential mod for anyone wanting to run stuff in co-op and not get bogged down in technical stuff or allow a variance of playstyles. I play with a semi-milsim group that kinda plays more like a PMC over LEOs, but I do still have a habit of pushing for captures as No Crack and the rebalances it has within are literally better than VI's vanilla--however, I have wondered if there was possibly a middleground or you could tell me of a way to cludge a mod together that would have Justified, and something similar to the Points Rebalanced, except the arrests and gun cleanup is all extra incase people wanna make up for TKs, civvie losses or failed objectives. However my guess is that the upper limit for an S is defined by a maximum of all possibilites.. if it's got a point value there's only a maximum from the sum of all upper end values you can get points of for the S rank.

    It's more a flaw in the S-Rank system and ranking in general but I did wanna see if that's possible at all as I think it's an interesting addition and ties together the Maid, Points Rebalanced and Justified sections of the mod and that was what I wanted for my group of generally trigger-happy CQB nerds/LEOs/exmilitary, etc.

    Either way, appreciate everything you've done as a pillar and core of making RON a great game inspite of itself (i.e. vanilla) and hope you continue modding with new stuff soon!

      Hey there. Unfortunately scores are percentage based, S rank being 100% of all obtainable points for the round. Enabling weapons cleanup will just raise the amount of points needed per rank.

      There's currently a patch in the works for the vanilla game that will add difficulties to vanilla, so we'll see if this also changes the ranking system.

    Not sure if im the only having this problem but i have gunfighters and this mod installed and on my mindjot run i would still get unauthorized use of force when shooting suspects. Maybe it could just be an incompatibility or maybe vortex just installed it wrong but im not sure if its meant to do that

      I see you downloaded two versions, make sure you are just using one of them at the time. Otherwise see the troubleshooting link at the top of the sticky post.

      not sure, went through your troubleshooting guide and the ROE is the same as the base game. I did download 2 versions but i intended to only download the base mod and ive only used that one, could just be my side thats bugging

      Could be you are using a conflicting mod, but there aren't that many that should conflict. Sounds like it's not enabled though.

      I sorted it out, thank you so much for replying though. One of the files were just not deleting even after i would delete it and due to that it caused issues

    Do I absolutely need No Crack for AI to run this? I downloaded the No Stress for SWAT cuz I could actually benefit from that, but the AI mod just seems like too much work for my lazy ass. lmao. If it could just be a simple difficulty change in game I'd be all about it, but as it is I don't want to have to install each file each time I want to change it up, but I really want a relaxed ROE system. Thanks in advance.

    im not too sure if it's a bug, but i downloaded justified points rebalance, i cleared out gas station using beanbag for myself and pepperball for AI, making sure no suspects were killed or even injured, yet i still only got rank A

      You are only getting points for reporting, not arresting. You appear to be missing 25 points per suspect for a total of 6x25=150.

      This should not be possible unless you have two versions of the mod installed at the same time and they are interacting poorly. I can run another test myself and check, but it's pretty strange.

      i did some testing using the normal justified file, and seems to be getting 35 points per suspect reported, whether dead or alive, and S rank on the same mission, so i dont think it's due to clashing with other mods, anyways thank you for what you are doing man, really appreciate it

      Had some time, so I fixed this. Seems like the arrest points were disabled entirely with some variable I forgot existed, likely a result of me reusing the Justified main file and editing in the new values instead of recreating it from scratch. Oh well, at least it's fixed now.

    Can you make a mod that cancels the friendly fire penalty from flashbangs and stingers? .. I throw a flashbang in the room and then the AI Swat looks at it infront and now somehow its friendly fire? That is just BS. A mod that removes that would be fire and greatly appreciated.

      Didn't the devs do this already? -30 will still pop up, but it gets zeroed out at the score screen I believe.

      I dont know about 20 variants. If its an easy fix, then why not release this one without the friendly fire penalty from flashbangs.

    can you add the other options with more traps? i would like to make the game more difficult and still force us to move slower with the threat of traps
