if you're manually downloading the mod -- as any other mod, and extracting it out of the winrar into the paks file, all you need to do is find the files name you just extracted, and rename it from:
"pakchunk999-Mods_BAL_UE5_HK45CT_M45A1_P.pak" to "pakchunk99-Mods_BAL_UE5_HK45CT_M45A1_P.pak" hope it helps.

However, if you're thinking that the gunfighter attachments will work with it, it won't. If you try doing it with the assault rifles. Probably because it won't be compatible or something, but you can use the gun as is with the vanilla attachments.
Yes, I believe the method still works. I just tried it yesterday, I swapped the ARWC, and this replacer for another, and then back, using the same method.
The crashing might be from another mod, I hope you're not downloading numerous mods at once and doing this method :n it's a pain to navigate, unless you're good at keeping track.
Yeah, it's the same for me, that might be the only caveat to doing this, I didn't even notice those changes, thought these were all just model replacers.
Someone in another mod post said that changing the 999 to 99 takes priority over gunfighter attachments/attachment expansion (or vice versa). Nonetheless, it's a cool replacer, and if you don't like the vanilla attachments, you can try downloading Ballistic's other attachment mods, or from other mod authors. Just use the same method, or if you test them out, you'll find out they still work without needing to be renamed.
The closest i can get to a P30 right now (the slide is basically the same), just to scratch that John Wick itch, now i will patiently wait for someone to actually make a P30L to replace USP or a VP9 to replace the G19
It would make significantly more sense replacing the USP and the extended basepad HK45C mags are 12 round mags which would also match the USP, whereas this with 8 rounds doesn't make sense.
There's 12 rounders aftermarket, but I've never seen one in service, yet.
Larry Vickers and his small hands, USP45/HK45 series and their arbitrary quirks ..... I don't think the grip width was worth the sacrifice for a gun this size anyway.
This looks lovely, I like the aesthetics of "not using suppressor-height sight" (I don't hate USP Tactical but I do love USP in stock sight)..
I'm satisfied, I do want P30/P2000 series but they're a bit too obscured. This does plenty for me enough as an HK enjoyer. Keep on, keeping on. Love your work.
Hey man you are getting these mods out so fast thank you for all the work. But i do have one minor thing i would want to ask and that would be if it were possible to have this as a USP replacement instead of the M45 it would make a little bit more sense.
USP is not a better fit imo when we booted up the project a while back, both 1911s had newly updated blueprints and animations granting us more freedom to tinker around with while the USP is outdated in basically every way and refurbishments it deserves have yet to arrive after more than 2yrs. And the M45A1 is structurally superior to the Kimber since it doesn't use a full-on proprietary set of underbarrel attachments and in this case, the threaded barrel fits out of the box.
Nothing personal, but the USP is always reserved for MK.23 to me.
Makes sense, USP is one of the oldest guns in the game ever since the EA days, no effort has been made to rework and update it... similar to the six shooter. It's very unlike Glock, MK18 and other updated guns.
It makes sense in terms of magazine capacity. The mag capacity is more in line with the M45 than the USP's 12rnd. Even if the 45CT had the extended "Elephant's foot" magazine, you're still dropping to 10rnd capacity.
The model came with a set of Tri-Dot by default and unfortunately, no alternative, I would like the factory suppressor height sights as well. Also do you mean the sights are not zero'd to the actual POI? More inputs are greatly appreciated so we can fix the issue ASAP.
They are essentially not zeroed by POI being about 2 inches/4cm low from where the tri-dot sights align. Some would argue height over bore but that is a ridiculous argument for handgun iron sights- they should hit exactly to POI within 20m.

I edit the filename but my client crash and launch Ready or not Crash Reporter.

But only the model replacement is work, custom icons and 8round magazine do not.
