If you want to keep the catalog_sp file you're currently using, open the "catalog_sp replacement" folder and drop the "stream" folder into your lml folder, as well as replacing the install file with the one provided in the "catalog_sp replacement" folder.
where is the "catalog_sp replacement" folder ?? I am very confused :( the older versions have it tho
Sorry for the late reply (school has been a nightmare recently) but I forgot to include it with the current version, that's my bad. For now, you can use the "catalog_sp replacement" from a previous version and use it with the current version of this mod, it will work just the same
imma be real, i only use 1899 firearms for the ammo changes, but like the other guy said; it is way too buggy. if you could essentially do the ammo changes without single handedly dismantling the entire game id be eternally gratefully :')))) god i miss heavy throwables
Hmm, that's interesting. I've never used 1899 so I didn't even know that was so hotly desired. I'll definitely look into adding something similar for this mod
the gun and ammo changes I THINK are the main puller cuz its essentially a whole new feeling game, no same ammos for all guns, some will be powerful or weak depending on real history but for example the auto shotgun is missing most of the gun (you got a stock and a handguard) and you can imagine thats quite immersion breaking, as well as all the mission bugs it creates
Not to mention that you can't buy or outfit stirrups, can't store any outfits and sometimes your wardrobe completely resets to default for no discernible reason
just wanted to update yall, still trying to figure out how that dude made new ammo types. I messaged him to no avail & most of my attempts end in corruption or crashing
Either by just using the new update alone or with the old version's catalog_sp folder (I honestly found no difference) the RDOffline weapons still show up fine on the catalogs, but the customization options exclusive to online like copper are all gimped out.
I changed the caliber of the bullet, but it didn't have any effect. In terms of firing rate, whether in the UI or actual testing, there was no change in firing rate
For example, a double action revolver,I will increase my proficiency level to full level,Then I installed the mod and found that regardless of the caliber of the bullet I used, the firing rate did not change (actual testing)
That's a fair point, I might do that in the future honestly. Would be a bit more interesting than just a flat damage increase
at first I wanted to keep it as authentic (available in 1898) as possible, but since a lot of people play the Epilogue as John exclusively, it might be beneficial to make a 1907 version

bruh changing the ammo limit is super easy, there's even a guide here: Ammo Limit Tutorial
nvm i thought you were talking about ammo limits, disregard thisbut for example the auto shotgun is missing most of the gun (you got a stock and a handguard) and you can imagine thats quite immersion breaking, as well as all the mission bugs it creates
