feature 1 - True silenced m1899
Changed weapon sound
Working in-game silenced system
also change DEAD-EYE Sound
*Caution : All .ymt files must be installed for stealth effect, and overlapping files must be removed (e.g. maverick weapon)
I modified the Weaponflags to make the m1899 behave completely like a throwing dagger in-game. The silenced FLAG was causing the sound to be completely silent, but as a test I used the silencer code used in GTA V and it worked. Enjoy!

If you don't want a feature, you can simply delete the file, and only install the features you want.
