Here I'd like to say thank you to Shtivi and Opsedar since I learnt RDR2 modding from their open sources with no C++ experience at all. Not only you provided cool creative mods, but guaranteed the growth of RDR2 modding community.
P.S Thanks for the feedbacks guys, there is a new mod upcoming
Just for folks who happen across this who weren't using Equine Assistance, there's another one called Plants Finder that also adds plants to the minimap.
literally the second paragraph of the mod description:
the dinosaur bone that has already been collected will not be detected anymore. Fix cannot be applied to dreamcatchers & rock carvings since they don't disappear from the world after getting collected.
So I noticed from playing Red Dead Online, the radius for detecting treasure and quest objectives is much higher than single player when using eagle eye. It made me wonder if there is a way to mod single player so that when using eagle eye it's easier to locate dreamcatchers, bones, and rock carvings.
Omg yes, this. I constantly worry about missing out on these when I play with HUD off, so sometimes I just don't because of said concern, and it sucks to have to deal with that.
Edit: Oh snap, nevermind. Apparently the mod "Immersive Minimap II" does exactly this! (will unhide the minimap when a blip pops up)
Thanks for the mod i thought the sound only work you might want to mention that the will appear icon at the bottom right side of the radar and it’s so little i thought it didn’t work just some sounds at first

EDIT: I found the reason. There is a conflict with "Show Waypoint Distance" mod.
Ignore that. It's from another mod "Equine Assistance".
It'd be great if you could add the Question mark blips that show up on the radar, for people that play with HUD off.

From my experience Immersive minimap II doesn't behave like that. It only unhides the minimap when you start interacting with the NPC.
