Cloud changes to the following weathers: Sunny, Misty, Clouds (Kinda), and Overcast Lighting changes to the following weathers: Sunny, Misty, Fog, Clouds, Overcast, High Pressure Weather transition system implemented: 3 Junction Weathers (Weathers that must be gone through to allow transitions to other weathers), chance of weather and weather climate changed to compensate for weather transitions. All transitions flow to the next logical weather, weathers last longer and transitions are much longer without being too jarring like vanilla. This system insures any weather type lasts logically without immediately going back to another weather. Graphics settings changes: Includes more tweakable graphics settings for finer performance tweaking. Ambient Occlusion: Altered to give finer objects shadows with also an increased sample count. Reflections have been slightly tweaked.

Note: There's 2 minor bugs, when weather transitioning from thunder or shower weather, there will be a cloud reset sort of effect, and due to artificial lighting in cutscenes, cutscenes in weathers covered by clouds will look off (you could use ALR to alleviate this issue.)
