yea the game does that without the mod too when you put the lantern on your satchel [like you do when climbing], not much you can do about that its just a game limitation :/
i put the asi in my game root but i pressed r and it still doesnt work, the logs said its not conflicted edit: it works now i justy had t oreinstall it

Current issues I'm having.
Closing the 'Maintain Weapon' sprite will unequip the lantern from your horse and place it back in your satchel.
Equipping / Unequipping the bandana will automatically bring out the lantern even when unequipped.
It is worth mentioning that while some people reported issues with eating food and consuming tonics on horseback brought on issues, i can do all of these tasks fine with no problems.
I am using the latest version of the game with a minimal load order.
I'm using the dark night mode, and I wish the lantern could be brighter and have a longer range. Also, it would be great if it could be hung at the front instead of the back of the bag.
Can't use the mod at all, only works when I'm in the horse and I must be missing 1 bullet in any equipped weapon, then press the reload button to reload, and then the mod works, the lantern is attached to the horse, but when I dismount from the horse the lantern disappears. As a newbie I have no clue about what it could be.
can you still enables stashing lantern even without satchel, because some of coats in whyemdlc and eastern epic automatically disabled the satchel. so i cant stash the lantern without satchel while using specific coat.
