Rdr 1 deadeye would be amazing. I have always considered rdr2 deadeye to be waaay too slow for the ability of shooting ten men in a second. Still, good job.
just to make it clear, it DOES NOT WORK with controller or MIGHT WORK? i need this mod so much but i only play on controller

I wish just that the sound of shooting in real time after dead eye sounded like the "normal fire" not the dead eye sound of the gun. But its too specific and complex.
Appreciate the feedback ! :) Glad to hear its working good on controller. when I tested with controller it seem to work fine but I have others who say its not working properly on controller. Anyways enjoy the mod!
Would really love a version where the world stays at deadeye speed, but arthur shoots at normal speed. Then when the deadeye ends, all the bodies just drop to the floor.
Am new to coding. But I could definitely be wrong here. I dont think there is a way to have different time scales for 2 serpent entities. But I can maybe make a version where everyone is frozen in place expect arthur when in deadeye
Yea lol sorry for the 7+ months without an update. But I still do have plans to update. Am just really busy right now but once I do come back ill definitely update for controller.
A simple and helpful change for controller would be to make an option that forces the speedup effect if u can't get it to work on controller. Just so the shooting is not in slowmo

So here I would like to make my request, hoping that you can see: Enable Arthur or John's Dead Eye to slow down everything around while maintaining normal speed. So we can experience the wonderful perspective of the sharpshooter. What I want to say is that your mod can directly pull out the gun for waist shooting and activate the dead eye, instead of lifting the gun to activate the dead eye. Can you increase the number of targets that Dead Eye can mark? Because the original version of Dead Eye can only mark up to 16 enemies. I know these are difficult, sir, but please help me. I am willing to provide you with any possible assistance
Sadly am very new at coding and only got into C++ was so I can make this specific mod, But I've tried to implemented the speed changes in before but couldn't do it with my coding experience. Once I learn more about coding and moding. I will definitely make a lot more changes to this mod and try to implement all those new features.
Could you develop a mod where Arthur or John’s character that enhances their shooting speed on dead eye while maintaining the slow-motion effect for the surrounding environment? I'm looking for a mod where they can target and shoot rapidly after marking their enemies on dead eye, similar to this mod you made, but everything else around them continues to move in slow motion. Yea definitely will do try to make a version of this soon. I dont have red dead downloaded right now because I only have 500gb of storage lol. But once I get more space and re download the game I'll try and code this right away!

i too have been looking for a mod like that, the dead eye in game is broken, you cant rapid fire, you can see the animation working, the trigger being pulled, and everything else, just no bullets come out, id still like it to be the same dead eye speed but allow multiple shots fired rapidly, heck when you get on the gatling gun at the end and try and use dead eye the thing becomes like a bolt action rifle, you cant full auto in slow motion, which would be cool, idk how this was overlooked or decided against, why wouldnt they want you rapid firing in dead eye? like the animations work for it, bullets just dont come out. it really ruins the fun, that and the killcams are all messed up, you dont see the bullet traveling through the air, it just teleports to their body and you see the impact, i wish these both could be fixed via mods, and if youre able to do it, that would be awesome
