Also im on my second playthrough of Rdr2 and i've gotten to the point where i should have Lvl 3 Deadeye Where i can manual tag and shoot while in deadeye but for some reason im always in lvl 1 even though in rampage trainer it says im lvl 2 do you know what to do there And the only possible mod that conflicting with it is kiddios health stamina and deadeye everything else is just qol can you help?
Hi I'd like to Say that the mod for some reason seems to Not let me play the game if I uninstall it I have tried getting rid of my other Mods but for some reason it still persists so if you could help that'd be Nice!
Is there anyway to stop autotagging? I hate that i'm always going for headshots and i love manual tagging when i wanna do multiple shots. But the autotagging feature is killing me and i've tried changing a few of the variables in deadeye.meta but still didn't got a way to stop it.
I don't know why it unlocks deadeye sure yeah, but now i cant manual tag, its not doing auto tag either, but when i uninstall the mod it works, anyone help??
Hi. I want to use this mod with another mod that disables the highlight of critical areas when in Deadeye mode (No Deadeye Highlight). But the other mod also modifies the same deadeye.meta file with this mod, and therefore may create a conflict. Would it be possible to have an optional mod that combines both the Unlocked Deadeye and No Deadeye Highlight? Thanks.
Oh, you can do that yourself. Install just my mod, open deadeye.meta file in a text editor (notepad will do), and find these two lines: bHighlightFatalDamageRegions value="true" / bHighlightCriticalDamageRegions value="true" / change true to false. Repeat as necessary.
Hi, I am having issues with the mod. The problem is when after I mark the targets, I try to shoot and it wont hit anybody. If you have any ideas please help me out; thanks.
Also I do have a couple other mods but I'm not sure if that even effects it.
In RDR1, the player will mark their targets and John will fire off the rounds at lightning speed once the trigger is pulled. However, in RDR2, both time and the shooting animations are slowed down. Is there a way/code to modify the speed that Arthur/John shoots after the trigger is pulled in Dead Eye?
Any help or knowledge shared would be appreciated!
That's something I've always wanted to change myself but no idea how. It seems to me that it's tied to how long you take to mark the targets, if you mark the targets very quickly, Arthur will actually shoot lightning fast, but that defeats the point of deadeye a little bit.
Doesn't need an update, so make sure it's installed correctly, correct folder structure like this: LML\Deadeye\deadeye.meta and check if any other mod you have installed uses the same file 'deadeye.meta'
Infinite deadeye can be done through weapons.ymt so will conflict with a lot of popular mods, I have it as an option in my mod Maverick Weapons but it's bundled with other features such as infinite ammo, no bullet spread, no damage fall-off... etc

Anyways, thanks in advance for the mod!

<bHighlightCriticalDamageRegions value="false" />

Great mod, it works great!

LML\Deadeye\deadeye.meta
and check if any other mod you have installed uses the same file 'deadeye.meta'
