If you guys need help chaos means to move these files over from the mod save to your current save files. Move ONLY the files titled "SRDR30000, SRDR30001, and SRDR30015 (baks. included) to the save file Rdr2 creates when you first start the game.
Save Folder --> C:\Users\(Your user)\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles\06F8B193 (your save folder may have a diff. set of numbers)
If you replace your entire old save folder with the modded one it will NOT work. Hope that helps you guys!
what worked for me was following the instructions the creator said and the once you get to the folder he lead us to open it delete everything in it and coping the contents of the modded folder into the old one
It worked for me (I did what other people say in these comments, 'Move the files “SRDR30000, SRDR30001, and SRDR30015 to the save file.”'). The Rockstar Games launcher found an error due to the save cloud version (I guess, I'm not sure), and that's why I couldn't start it. I just chose it instead of cloud save, and everything seems correct.
IF IT DOESN'T WORK: Copy SRDR30000, SRDR30001, and SRDR30015 (baks. included) to C:\Users\(Your user)\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles\****** while the game is running.
I just got this mod a little while ago and it works great. Only issue I'm having is that I can't save now. Not sure if it's due to the mod or just the game being dumb. I can't even trigger an autosave. Anyone got any ideas on a fix for that?
On the PC as soon as I started Chap 2 at Horseshoe Overlook I did 2 saves and copied them to another folder and drive for safekeeping as suggested by a gamer on YouTube. Now all subsequent playthroughs start there. No more long instuctional Chapter 1 when you’re already familiar with the mechanics.
