      Well , it's a .pdf , you are not supposed to "instal" it ...
      
      just open it as it was a pdf file
      (btw , it's a .pdf file)

   I downloaded the Mr. Racoon location mods, I'm not quite sure where to find the PDF though. They don't show up in my inventory files, is there something I'm missing here?

      yeah i know my work comes a lot too late but better later as never and the Guides are more for Beginner to the Game
      
      But i will try to make good Guides in the Future (upcoming DLC's) nearly at release Time (:
