Good mod, but there's a bug. Her shoes at the bottom have holes in the soles, showing her feet inside the shoes. It's obviously unintentional on your part so I can only assume it's a bug that went unnoticed. Hopefully you can fix it.
Yes, the first cutscene with Martin in the police station would have it. And then with Chief Irons when he knocks Claire down. But it's noticable in gameplay too and very distracting. If it isn't too much work for you to fix it, that'd be great.
It's ok, at least she isn't naked. Maybe if you put some trim lining around all the edges it would look a little better. Not doggin' your mod or anything, I like :)

Have you tried some other dress mod (and it works)? You can compare the file structure. The starting point should be similar.
