Wait did you just switch from low textures preset too High for the screenshots. Just started my replay and no textures look as bad as on your screenshots.
Well, I suppose that the image on the left is Medium or High (0.25GB).
I tested it and without the mod, those textures look like the image on the left on low, medium (0.25GB), or high (0.25GB). After switching it to High 1GB, the textures improve quality immediately.
After installing the mod, even at 0.25GB, the textures look more defined like in the image on the right.
I also tested it on Brian Irons' office, next to the door that leads to his other office. The frame with a lady on the right side and the books on the left side look higher quality with the mod, where they would look terrible before, at 0.25GB.
For contrast, the cabinet next to them (which wasn't covered by the mod) looks bad when the textures are set to high 0.25gb and get better the higher the setting is. So this mod is an improvement even for people with less VRAM.
At 3GB or higher, it looks even better, but you can definitely see an improvement at lower settings too. I recommend setting it to High 3GB or higher if you have an 8GB GPU or higher.

Hi, how can i tell the pak is working? I've manually installed it (stream version, unzip where the rest .pak files are and renamed it +1 from what the biggest number was, "re_chunk_000.pak.patch_008.pak"
Thing is, textures like "no smoke" and other wall-hanged paper reels, are all lowres, hence i suspect its not working.
Something is definitely wrong with your setup. Just downloaded the mods from Nexus and tested them myself using the latest versions of WinRAR and 7Zip and they open just fine. That being said, the main version of the mod needs to be installed via Fluffy Mod Manager. Unless you want to use the optional PAK version of the mod, there is no need to use WinRAR.
This is what a HD texture mod should be like seriously you have done a amazing job on this mod Ashok0 good job and you actually fixed the textures that needed fixing then rather fix something that didn't need fixing to begin with like this mod FULL REMASTER and my god that mod is horse s#*! barely looks different then the original source and to me it just looks different in color and why tell me why? is this mod 5gb and a half wtf i know he said he changed over 4500 textures but i don't believe it to be honest with you and Capcom is a bit lazy and rushed this game a bit like holy crap just take a look at the second image of your mod seriously how did you miss that Capcom tell me? still amazing mod Ashok0 good job and i wish you the best on the 4R HD texture pack and have a good day or night and sorry if this was to long.
Unlikely as this mod was mostly developed using assets from RE3R. I might be able to make some small improvements to 3R but I'd prefer to work on 4R once Praydog's VR mod is released.
