Is it possible to make the backlight more dim instead using your existing code? If so, how? I am not familiar with scripts in this game but I am somewhat familiar with coding. I find it that in some places it's very hard to see where Leon is which hurts gameplay.
This mod improves the game SO MUCH! Even made some parts more scary Works great with Manual Flashlight I'm curious. How do you modders even find what a spotlight in the game is to begin with?! Is the code cracked or something?
IMO, this mod is pretty much mandatory if you're using Hair Strands. The hair strands are so reflective, especially on high setting, that it's pretty much constantly reflecting the camera backlight, which is why it often looks so unnatural. Without the camera backlights, the hair strands are now only reflecting environmental lights and look much better.
FYI the game is crashing when loading a save after a cutscene if you using this mod with "Allow costume changing in-game" mod (it's on Discord only, not released on Nexus). Looks like these two mods are not compatible. You can add this to the list of known issues.

Awesome mod! Unfortunately I couldn't get used to it, some areas it becomes harder to play (even with the manual lantern mod) because I just can't see s#*! lol. This mod will definitly be a must when the first person mod releases though.
