This only half-works. It doesn't skip the RE Engine intro. There's a black screen, but the sound still plays and clicking skips it. I have to use it with the No RE Engine Intro mod to fix that.
I'm having a bit of a hard time believing that, as what you described is something I know would happen on a certain high-seas release. If you are indeed using the latest Steam version though, then you may have a mod conflict going on. What's your mod list?
After uninstalling and re-reading the archives, the only mods I'm running are REframework v15.9.1, Ultimate Trainer, and yours. Nothing else is enabled in Fluffy. Same thing happens. I even tried doing a full reinstall. If you need proof I own the game, here:

I just tried with a fresh install, and it still works properly for me. Have you tried disabling any other mod, to see which might be the culprit? Mods that affect the main menu may not work (eg this one).
Hey there, not quite sure what you mean by this. I doubt there is any improvement to loading times at all, this mod only prevents the splash screens before the main menu from playing.
... What you said in a previous post indicates that it does work. The black screen you get when booting the game is the goal of this mod - skipping the intro splash screen and movies.
Thanks for letting me know. I only tested this mod as far as the title screen, using the same method I did for RE8. I'm not sure what I did wrong but I'm gonna investigate that.
Do you have the Gold edition or Standard? It shouldn't matter, but that's probably the only difference between your version and mine (unless you're using, let's say, something else than the Steam version) so it should work fine.
I bought the standard version when it originally came out then later bought the dlc but that shouldnt change anything. Its probably just my problem with too many mods or messing something up
That's weird because it doesn't, again might just be a glitch on my end. Might be because I'm using biorand that might be messing with it I have no idea
Could you two please give this a shot? Chances are this'll work properly, but I'm not 100% sure. If it does fix your issues, I'll upload it as a new version.

Oh, I ran into the same issue. It was actually caused by the combination of this mod and another that changes the intro music. I have no idea why it happens as the mods don't affect the same files, but it could be the same thing on your end.

Someone mentioned this issue, but I believe I fixed it unless there's some differences with the different game regions, or user isn't using a legit & up to date version of the game. That aside, there's nothing in the file I edited that is related to controls, at least that's how it is on my EU Steam Gold copy. Not sure what's going on here.

Drag + drop into Fluffy. Other mods are working just fine.
