I previously had a similar issue, and I managed to fix it through several steps. First, I performed a clean reinstall of ReShade. I also adjusted the graphical settings since Resident Evil 4 is very demanding on VRAM, and I only have 4GB, which required some compromises. It's essential to monitor resource usage to better identify the source of the problem. Ultimately, I had to reinstall the game. Additionally, it's worth checking the shader cache in your GPU drivers. I have an AMD GPU, and to clear the shader cache, you go to Gaming, then Graphics, and at the bottom, there should be an option to Reset Shader Cache. Sometimes, it can accumulate a lot of unnecessary data, so it's worth looking into. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how this process works on NVIDIA or Intel GPUs. Try these methods, as one of them might resolve the issue. Please let me know if any of these steps help!
