The mod was originally made for the demo. I don't own the full game, but with the help of some users who kindly provided me the necessary file, I managed to make one for the Original music DLC. It works for some users, and for unknown reasons, doesn't for others. I can't investigate and check what's wrong because, as I said, I don't own the full game. If it doesn't work for you, I'm sorry, you'll have to use the "normal" ones instead.
Borderline perfect mod! The only thing it's missing is allowing for the classic sfx in the menu screens and the like, but I imagine that'd be a hassle to make.
It's not. It's just that I don't have the full game, but a user provided me the file needed from the full game. I made it into a mod (it should be available soon), but it wasn't tested. So try it, and if doesn't work, I'll remove it.
Ooh, the option you provided is pretty cool! But what I'm looking for is a way to keep using the remake soundtrack, but with the title voice in the menu and the classic sounds in the inventory. That's why I'm assuming it'd be a hassle.
Aye, no worries if you're not up to it right now, since you don't have the full game and all (though, I will add, fully recommend it, it's somehow managed to be better than the almost-perfect original). If I knew how to do it, I'd be on it myself but unfortunately I've zero modding experience, so eh.
Yeah, I know. I have it on another support (so I don't see the point of having a copy of it on PC), and I almost platinumed it, that means I really enjoyed it
Replying because im curious if there still are plans for this. Given your voice replacer stuff (which I love, especially thanks for re2r Ada) I assume you have the full game at your disposal finally. No rush on this end either, just askin.
Yes, it was originally meant to be for the demo, so if it works for the full game, that will be without the DLC. The sounds for the DLC are stored on another soundbank.
I wanted to say that it would have been more fitting if this replaced the DLC title voice and not the default one , since that's what the original request was
Which original request?... I did it originally for the demo, but it seems to be working for the full game. Good then. And like I said, if someone wants to adapt it for the full game (ie cover the DLC sounds), you have all the tools necessary.

Yes, I think it would indeed require some work

I put the .ch_ui_ingame_media.sbnk.1 file on _chainsaw folder and it doesn't work
i would like to know where you guys put the sound folder on game.
Thank you for following my request
And confirming other 2 works like charm on full version.
Edit: i've sent you DM how to fix DLC file :)
Edit2: Version 1.2 works like charm.

If you can find the equivalent but for the DLC, please do.
