Other Suggestions: 1. Avoid alt-tabbing, unfocusing, or minimizing the window during loading as it will reload ReShade
2. Install ReShade and presets separately. i. Download/Install ReShade (site: https://reshade.me/#download) ii. Then download the "Natural Clarity ReShades (Preset and Shaders Only)" file from the Files section here. iii. Copy the "reshade-shaders' to the game directory iv: Overwrite if necessary
3. Try adjusting the graphics settings or run the game in windowed mode when loading.
4. Be sure that you do not have another post-processing injector mod installed that may be conflicting or overwriting files.

Something wrong with the DLSS mod, when I enable the Upscale on Re4Framework, the Reshard stop working, but it's back if I disable the Upscaler. Really weird

How to fix Resident Evil 4’s fatal D3D error 25
The higher Resident Evil 4 remake’s graphics settings, the more VRAM it will use. Therefore, lowering your graphics settings will reduce the probability of a fatal D3D error 25 crash. Here are some easy changes to reduce VRAM usage.
• Disable Raytracing
• Lower Texture setting to High
Check the VRAM slider after each change; restart the game once it’s in the white. If it’s still in red or orange, lower the other graphics settings until it moves out of these areas.
Can someone make a guide on how to install this successfuly? Clearly I am not doing it right even tho I set up everything the way its supposed to multiple times.
Same for me. Reshade works in menu but won't load game at all with reshade installed. Any idea how to fix this? Tried installing that mod also but that didn't work.

put dinput8.dll in your RE4 folder where the RE4.exe is
Crash Fix Update: REFramework is required for this to run properly.
Main Fix: Install REFramework

Just turn off:
1. RT
2. Subsurface Scuttering
3. Hair Strands
RTX 3080. Only these manipulations completely eliminated crashes.
