22.1GB for super minimal effect. Crappy AI will always be crappy.

only makes the game stutter constantly when traversing the map (I also don't notice any changes, I even visited the few locations your comparison screenshots depict but I can only squint so much, it either doesn't work or I'm doing something wrong, which would be weird because the game runs differently so something must be going on)

*you should've included far more comparison screenshots imo

Great mod, looks absolutely phenomenal compared to the original!

I am having an issue after a fresh windows install; the weapons and hands are blurry and not upscaled. Is there something I missed on my new installation of this mod? I used Fluffy, added the DX11 texture pack to the re7 folder in fluffy and installed successfully. For some reason this time around it didn't work the same and now the weapons and hands look very off.

UPDATE: I deleted the mod, reinstalled dx11 version of re7, installed via Nexus files (drag and dropped all 3 rar contents into re7 directory) and still the same low res hands and weapons only. I am using Praydogs VR mod with a 7900 XTX and it was working perfectly prior to reinstalling everything recently. Not sure what could have changed. Any thoughts?

Maybe a dumb question but can I use it if i'm playing on 1080p ?
And I have to install Ref Framework first ?
    Thx

Yes this mod increases the internal resolution of the games textures.  It doesn't matter what resolution the game is set to.

Hey man. I downloaded it via Google Drive and it doesn't have the pak files to extract like how it is on Nexus mods. Should I just extract the native folder into my RE7 directory to install it?

Ok, I realized I was installing it wrong, but now I try to drag and drop the file into the Fluffy Manager but nothing appears in the list. Refresh mod tells me nothing is there. I've dragged and dropped the RAR file onto the Fluffy manager and it tells me I need to extract it. So I extract it and then nothing appears.

Not sure if it will help you but the way I had to do it was install Fluffy and set up the game so it makes the directory for RE7. Then close fluffy and manually put your mods in the directory it created then restart Fluffy and the mods should show up.(Dont extract them just put the .rar files in)  Also when you enable the mods it looks like fluffy hangs up but just wait a few min and it will load them (These are huge mods after all) I also want to thank the creator of these textures because this game looks really horrible in VR with the vanilla textures but after these mods and a good reshade preset its 200% better. Thankyou!

Please make a torrent! It is impossible to download the full version due to interruptions in the download!

So the fact of the matter is that he interrupts it and does not allow it to resume!

Do you plan to upscale and improve even more textures for this game in the future?

I upscaled everything that wasn't already 4K that I felt could be improved without muddying the game.  No plans for any updates beyond the current release.

When using the Praydogs VR Mod I noticed the textures looked good, and performed fine. The problem is I see outlines of objects rendering in different places in both eyes, causing a weird double vision effect, like crossing your eyes. I don't know if you tested this with the VR mod, but I want to know if I can fix this so I don't get motion sick and have good textures. (Fixed this by turning off ambient occlusion)

Did you manage yo fix it?
I have the same problem, fresh install only happens with VR mod and dx11 version with 4k textures. Using RTX 4090.
