Secondly on the right side, there should be a green 'Code' button. Click it, and then click Download zip.
From there, you would want to open the rar file. You should see both 'ENV Engine' and 'Console'(If you want to edit stuff) Folders.
You would copy both these folders to FluffyManager under 'MODS' Folder (EXTRACTING the files can cause some problems to the mods so I recommend copying instead)
You should also copy the 'Enhanced Model Viewer' file to there too.
After opening fluffymanager, you should see both the console, EMV engine, and the enhanced model viewer file in there. Install all three.
Then launch the game.
After opening the game, the reframework should pop up and then under there, click run script. Then find the re8 lua script. Click it, and the animations should finally work. No more errors. Please let me know if you still need help.
I can follow most of this but when I launch the game what re8 lua script should I be running? The ones I've tried still have the issue where all the models have the same set of animations?
The lua script is called Enhanced Model Viewer.lua. Also, note that if you want to switch characters make sure you CLOSE the reframework console by pressing insert key or whatever button you have set to open and close the framework console. If you switch to another character while still having the framework on, the whole game will freeze to the point where you will have to force restart your whole computer(Not sure if it's gonna happen to everyone). Hope this helps!
Is it possible to "model swap" Ethan to another in game character like for eg. Rose, and while in 3rd person camera mode you'll be able to play and see Rose rather then Ethan, by using this tool ?
For some reasons my UI for the Enhanced Model Viewer does not appear. So I can only see the REFramework menu, but not the big menu of Enhanced Model Viewer like on the screenshot. I did everything like it was said in the description, but still, I can't see the UI.
So I got the game, I downloaded the Fluffy Mod Manager and the REFramework, put that dinput8.dll thing in the game folder, installed this mod and it's not working. The REFramework window is there but nothing else, few characters are Tposing. When I dowloaded a separete animation for Dani, it does play but that's it :/ I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Or is this because the mod needs an updated?

It's one of the most unusable pieces of software I've ever used
You will still need reframework, ModManager, and the enhanced model viewer file from here.
Yes, you should still extract the zip file (dinput8.dII) of reframework to the actual game file
First, you would want to go here: alphazolam/EMV-Engine: Collection of my REFramework Lua scripts for use in RE Engine Games (github.com)
