If people are experiencing issues with the current build, please use this. I have quite a few people confirming this works consistently. I'll be officially posting an updated build later, but confirmation of this working consistently with you would be appreciated for extra conformation. A first time crash is expected as BepInEx caches the BepInEx-LayeredFS.dll.

I'm glad to hear that. I had a similar vision to what you're suggesting using UABE(A)'s EMIPs to apply the mods to the modified bundle at runtime to create a virtual file. The only concern I have with this is the possible startup time when there's too many files.

Can someone help me, my rf5fix.cfg file didn't show up at config folder even after i start the game and close it so the mod doesn't work, i even use the lattest rf5fix. Thanks
So, my computer decided to upgrade to Windows 11 while I was away, so that MAY be a factor... I installed the latest model of BepInEX Bleeding Edge seeing a few other mods I work with require it. Picture 1 is the mods I installed. When I try to run BepIn with the mods (this included), I get this hot mess... See Picture 2 What can I do?

This is very likely to only be necessary if you want to help develop the Modloader, which is usually indicated by the "Building" heading. But I would also like to know how to make this work. Do we have to replicate the exact directory structure to use mods with this? If that is the case I can only hope that someone will develop a Vortex plugin that does that for us.
On scond thought I assume this only works for mods that replace game files (e.g. Less Compressed Textures). If you were to recreate the folder structure then this is probably the intended usage. I am currently not willling to try that because I don't want to mess up my base game files.
Hi, Varenchinusu. Feel free to do that if you want to. I am investigating what the issue is. My only hotfix is this. I believe other users still experience some crashes sometimes at start with this, as do I. Another alternative is this, which is more consistent at the cost of having an external dependency program.
