Does this mod make the game scale to the amount of players that are in the lobby? ie if there are 8 people that joined the world, does all monsters scale their hp/stats for 8 man or does it stay as 4 man scaled?
I have a 5th player trying to join and when they go to join, it tries to load and then sends them back to the main menu. All 5 people trying to play the server have the mod installed. Any tips or suggestions?
Only worlds where the host has the mod will show properly. Additionally, all users who enter that world have to also have the mod. And yes, you can use an existing world; you'll just have to re-start it with the mod installed on the host's PC.
I had this issue too, in my case I followed the instructions in the description, but there is a minor mistake.
The PlayerCapIncrease folder should instead go into the directory: Steam\steamapps\common\RSDragonwilds\RSDragonwilds\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods (the description omits the ue4ss\). Once I moved the mod to the correct directory, it worked, even updating the player count on an existing world. Hope this helps!
