You actually don't need to download this mod you can just press Win + R and type Appdata and click the following: LocalLow, TVGS, Schedule 1 Free Sample, Saves then select the save which you want to own taco ticklers or whatever and once your in the save game folder go to businesses and click on example: taco ticklers and click the the file that says Business, once your in the file find this line: "IsOwned": false and delete false and just write true. It will give you the property and you don't need to download anything.
Guys, i tested this mod on my previous save and it wasnt working. Right after that I created a new game and everything is open and available to use. I put the mod into properties folder.
