   Confirmed mod was reducing FPS of users of my collection from over 240 to under 60 FPS.
   
   No confirmed reason as to why, could be the mod itself or its interaction with another.
   
   Nevertheless I had to remove it for now.

      I don't think that what you are saying is correct, as this mod only triggers when an NPC dies and just executes less than 10 lines of codes
      Maybe it was conflicting with other mod? Care to share the modlist?

      Check the collection on my profile. Note the latest revision wasn't uploaded at that time.
      
      I use MoreFootPatrols, NACops, and BetterStealth in a self-configured combo.
      
      It was causing FPS issues for the host but not the clients.
