THERE ARE NO DOWNLOADS HERE. ALL CREDIT GOES TO ORIGINAL AUTHORS OF "SEKIRO FPS UNLOCK AND MORE", "WINDOWED HDR WORKAROUND" AND "SEKIRO REFRESH RATE FIX".
I wanted to consolidate details on getting native HDR working with an unlocked framerate. Research I did seemed people (including myself) still thought it was either a choice between 60fps and native HDR, or unlocked fps and Windows AutoHDR/No HDR.
I included ways for both borderless window and fullscreen, in case one or the other does not work for some reason.

Windows HDR is On
Windows AutoHDR is Off

- Select the Start button, then enter settings. Select Settings > System > Display.
- If you have multiple displays, select your HDR-capable display at the top.
- Turn on Use HDR, then select More options (>).
- Turn off Auto HDR.
Borderless Steps:
1. Download Sekiro FPS Unlock and More (GitHub link), follow install instructions.
2. Download Windowed HDR Workaround. Place "dxgi.dll" file in same folder as Sekiro.exe (steam default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sekiro)
3. Launch Sekiro FPS Unlock and More.
4. Launch Sekiro as you normally do.
5. If you already played at Fullscreen, make sure HDR is set to On and skip to step 10.
6. Set Sekiro to Fullscreen via the Graphics Options section. It may still be in windowed mode after setting this. That's OK.
7. Verify HDR is set to On via the Sound and Display section.
8. Close Sekiro. Wait for it to completely close, including Mod Engine if you have it.
9. Launch Sekiro again. Screen should now resemble borderless window but with native HDR, and you should be able to ALT+TAB to other windows easily.
10. Navigate to Sekiro FPS Unlock and More window. Set Frame Rate Lock to your max monitor refresh rate.
11. Select Patch Game if it did not do it automatically.
12. Navigate back to Sekiro, and whatever fps counter you have should jump up beyond 60!

Fullscreen Steps:
1. Download Sekiro FPS Unlock and More (GitHub link). Follow install instructions.
2. Download Sekiro Refresh Rate Fix. Follow install instructions.
3. Launch Sekiro.
4. Navigate to Sekiro FPS Unlock and More window. Set Frame Rate Lock to your max monitor refresh rate.
5. Select Patch Game if it did not do it automatically.
6. Navigate back to Sekiro, and whatever fps counter you have should jump up beyond 60!
