As a player with anger issues, who just wants a decent samurai combat game without having to rage quit every few minutes, I very much appreciate your efforts with this mod. You've made the game enjoyable for me, after years of not touching it. Thank you for your hard work!
For anyone curious what parameters to edit in Yapped, I managed to discover them. In the SpEffectParam parameter, head to rows 160001-160099. These hold Wolf's attack values for attack power levels 1 to 99. In these sub-parameters, look for: ?- physAtkRate ?- magicAtkRate ?- fireAtkRate ?- thunderAtkRate ?- staminaAttackRate (this one is listed much lower than the others, but affects damage to posture, so it's important to change)
Set the values stored in these variables to the desired result. It can be tedious to change all of the values, any unedited cells will revert your damage output to the default damage once you reach that attack level i.e. if you only edited up to 160014, then once you reach attack power 15, you will do default damage as if you hadn't edited anything at all.
its under misc...scroll down the table to the red items... [player] [player status] [misc.] x [misc.] and scroll down a little further and you'll see em there.
too bad its not updated to 1.6 patch, other easy mods that work, also adds other garbage i dont care about like infinite items or emblems ;/ but i guess it ok for 1st playthrough or smth ;s
removes barriers for disabled folk ? that's quite insulting , i get it you make an easy mod but don't assume that me or the other disabled people want something easy because of our ''problems'' or because you think that the game is unplayable for us ,don't use us as an excuse, i am f*#@ing glad that Limitless squad exist he is Quadriplegic and managed to beat easily the corrupted monk and beat the game normaly , we are not soft cakes , we are humans we don't need special treatments
This mod was made in response to the Forbes article in regards to Sekiro (https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidthier/2019/03/28/sekiro-shadows-dies-twice-needs-to-respect-its-players-and-add-an-easy-mode/#3f21376c1639).
In short, this mod is what some would call sarcastic. If you feel insulted, rest assured, the author never meant to insult anyone, but to prove that the recent article from Forbes is wrong. So, by feeling insulted, you kinda proved that Forbes article is wrong.
Thank you very much for this mod. I am visually impaired and thanks to your thoughtfulness I've been able to have an easier time playing Sekiro. I very much appreciate it. :3
Good to know. Planning to pick up the game and hoping that if it turns out to hard for me that I can use this to make it more like Jedi Fallen Order. Still the gameplay-loop of a Souls Like and slightly challenging but still enjoyable enough so I can enjoy the world and story.
