Difficulty Adjuster - Damage Control

:: INSTALLATION ::
Drop the file under /mods/ of your root directory of Sekiro and you will have the mod running, please make sure to use the Sekrio Mod Engine.
:: ABOUT ::
This edits the damage to your vitality / posture throughout the game, it will only affect you and no one else, nor enemies.

- Missed and added BulletDamageCutRate to 0.25/0.5 for the mod.
