About this mod
Simple edit of the game assembly to remove racial stat caps (all races can reach maximum stat values) and lowers the cost of every cyberwear item to 0.1. This mod exists for Hong Kong, and a similar one exists also here, but it lacks the cyberwear change and is possibly outdated (lower than expected file size).

To install just unpack the mod in your main game directory. Should replace a single file if done correctly.
