Got 7/8 endings (only missing Bliss ending), however my "Party Like It's 2001" achievement did not pop. I believe this achievement only requires the 5 original endings, which I have.

It only happens when I open one of the mods saves, my normal saves are fine. I just dont understand why this would happen, I beat the game on my own already so I have full access to NG+.
Here is bug in game, which causes New game + saves to revert back to normal saves. I have save file, where James have chainsaw and key of sorrow in inventory as normal save. I started playthrough as New game plus but game crashed and revert my saves to back to normal saves. I don´t know cause of crashing but i heard, that PersistentData.sav file can become corrupted. PersistentData.sav file maintains save system data in this game and keeps record of unlocked endings.
Just wanted to inform people here.
Thanks for uploading saves, I missed 2 endings and some collectibles too.
Killed a lot of nerves when my saves didn’t work for others as ng+.. my own PersistentData have been overwritten and I spent a lot of time to fix it. My saves don’t have all endings, because I don't see the point in this, regular endings can be found from other people, uploaded here before me. "Bliss" at all dont needed for achievements. As I answered earlier, I’m absolutely sure that all for achievements been collected, but may dont count if load ending. From save on reception after watching a tape in 312, need a collect 2 photo, 1 note and 1 echo(it will literally take half an hour and If use the guide, you definitely won’t miss it).

Couldn't you go back to the hospital and grab it? Or is the save file already past the point of no return where you can't go back and grab it? That's for the "Bliss" ending I think right?
Unfortunately all old saves are overwritten. I have only Jacks Inn motel and don’t want to go through it again, because I already have all achievements)
Worked for me for pretty much all NG+ endings Steam achievements, including the one for all classic endings Also for the collectibles, Radio Silence, Less than 10 hours and Only melee achievements
My first run I managed to get In Water, I loaded the other saved files mod in here for obtaining Maria and Leave endings, then did this and unlocked everything that was missing
